My apologies to the discussion list for sending 2 posts on the subject. I
decided to include more information this time around...

Information needed for development of temporary exhibit titled
Sportfishing in North Carolina.

Freya Ventures is currently developing a proposal for a
Sportfishing Exhibit. The exhibit could contain the following
elements:

Fishing tackle - antique and present day.
Photographs of tackle, boats, people fishing.
Videos of fishing - tournaments, techniques.
NC State Records, citation program, world records caught in NC.
Taxidermy fish, sources needed for mounts.
Information on fiberglass vs. skin mounting process.
Conservation - catch and release and fish tagging.

The exhibit will convey information on Sportfishing in NC using
photographs, murals, labels, aquariums, interactive computer software,
interactive exhibits, displays and mounts.

Information on sources for mounts, tackle and gear samples,
photographs, video and "fish stories" would be appreciated. The
development of this exhibit is in the pre-bid stage and information
is being sought for determining cost and quality of available material.

Commercial sponsors who wish to donate tackle, gear and other
materials are welcome. Other museums which would consider loaning
antique gear are invited to respond. Government institutions are
also invited to submit information on programs and any other available
information on the topic.
