In many university towns there are usually one or two shops that sell or
rent used/old clothes and costumes.  I have a personal friend who does that
in Missoula, Montana.  His shop: Carlo's One Night Stand.  Sorry I don't
have a phone or address with me.  His biggest business is around Halloween!
There were two others in Gainesville, FL, though I don't remember the names.
