I'll second what Janice said about conservation of wet vs. charred
collections.

This issue was discussed on list just a few months ago.  Check out the
list archives, Items # 082782 and 083049 for what poor thoughts I had to
offer.  We involved a preventative conservation consultant in making our
decision--he recommended we go with a wet system.  That's what we went
with.
