Director, Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects

The American Association of Museums seeks a dynamic, organized and creative
person to provide overall management, leadership and support in the
planning, development and implementation of AAM's strategic initiatives and
special projects.  Successful candidate will be responsible for performing
highly complex functions in consultation and collaboration with AAM staff,
volunteer committees, and external organizations.  College degree required
with advanced degree preferred, plus 7-10 years of professional work
experience.  Candidates should also have superior written, oral, and
computer skills.  We offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package.
