Not really a museum but there is a display of torture items with acceptable
information on the labels in Medieval Times, a national chain of dinner
theater attractions.  You know the kind of thing.... costumed knights on
horses, jousting and swordplay while you eat dinner in a pseudo historical
setting.  There's one just northwest of Chicago visible from Interstate 94.
The horsemanship is very good and, overall, a fun experience (but I don't
know how accurate).
