How about, instead of exchanging documents privately
(as has been the requests today), the owners pop them
onto MuseDocs, and then everybody else can pull them
down, too, if need be?  You can't exchange files on
this list, but you can put them onto MuseDocs and let
the group know they're there.

All MuseDocs is is a share drive.  Lord knows we use
share drives at the office ALL THE TIME to exchange
information and to serve as a repository.  It makes my
work life a heck of a lot easier.  Might be nice for
you guys if you did the same.
