The extent of my knowledge of the Piquat and NMAI has been in an
advisory role.  Basically, I know they have had a number of
discussions with our Director, Rick West.  They have also asked for
friendly advice on some technical matters and I have answered those
requests.
 
However, if there is an official relationship outside of my own
knowledge, the best person to call and confirm that is Tom
Freudenheim in the Office of the Asst Sec. of the Arts and
Humanities.  If he doesn't know, no one does.
