Good Morning All,
We are considering transitioning from an annual budget (one year budget) to a biennial budget (two year budget).  If your museum has any experience in such a transition, or a transition going from a biennial budget to an annual budget, please share with me your thoughts and comments.  I am interested in knowing about the processes, procedures, and pitdalls for doing a biennial budget, especially from private, not-state museums.
