Good point in your message, and I totally agree.  But, I think you mean "provenance."

My favorite one is the one where the providence of the bodies is KNOWN.  Shouldn't this be an issue with all these exhibits? I love that the one at the South Street Sea Port has a disclaimer to such.  Providence not verified.   WTH? Do I tell people this and suggest they not go.  Hey its just a bunch of chinese bodies I am sure they are all from legit sources.   I mean the Chinese would never violate any human rights.   Really how do these exhibits get funding?
