There is an Elisabeth Frink sculpture called "Fallen Bird Man"--an
Icarus-like figure--at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in
Washington, DC.  It's a very effective piece and last time I was there
it was installed in the sculpture garden.

Note that her name is spelled with an "s" not a "z."
