If the $US1 million+ bit of sculpture(???) erected for the new US
embassy/fortification in Ottawa is anything to go by, the comment you heard
is probably, as they say, right on the money. Heavens to betsy! Will they
have enough money to fund the SAMs and machine gun posts?

Possibly they could sell off some landscapes to finance it.
