Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site, a unit of the National Park
Service in La Junta, Colorado, has TWO collection management internships
available for Summer 2000. Duties include accessioning and cataloging,
housekeeping, environmental monitoring, Integrated Pest Management, data
entry using ANCS+ (Re:Discovery) collection management software,
inventory, exhibit maintenance and other duties as assigned. Housekeeping
and IPM activities require the use of respirators. Each 3-month
internship includes a stipend of $1600 per month. By March 31, 2000 send
cover letter, resume and names of 3 references to:
