Gallery Administrator
For our prominent Asian cultural organization client we are seeking a
Gallery Administrator.  The successful applicant will provide financial,
exhibition and general gallery and office support, including: providing
executive support to the Gallery Director; assisting with budget allocation
and related data; updating the gallery's expense activities weekly; creating
visual albums for exhibitions; assisting preparators with exhibition
installation and deinstallation; maintaining gallery sales desk stock;
overseeing and processing all telephone and web catalogue orders; other
duties as required.  BA in Art History and at least 3 years experience in an
arts-related non profit preferred.  Asian languages and familiarity with
Asian art a plus; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
essential.  Salary 35K plus excellent benefits.  Resume, cover letter and
