Hello-

Our institution is currently revising our site live-in caretaker contracts
for our historic house museums.  Knowning the potentially tenuous situation
of caretakers being both employees and tennants, we are looking for other
institution who have an agreement that is working well for them.  Please
feel free to e-mail me even if your agreement is not working well as you may
have issues that we have not thought about but would be relevant for our
sites as well.
