Does anyone know of any published (online or in print)
guidelines/suggestions re: how to write visitor "literature?" I'm thinking
of two types of literature: (1) the marketing brochures which are
motivational in attracting visitors (explaining your facility and what it
offers, location, hours, etc.) and (2) the free guide to the facility itself
(navigation, orientation, information; explaining what to see/do/learn in
the facility). The latter might be printed or electronic or both.

I'm looking for any published "how to" guidance which discusses (1) the
objectives of both types of communication as well as (2) suggestions (maybe
via checklists) re: types of information to include.

Thanks in advance,
Keith Britnell
