The Witt Library Posting is particularly interesting to me:
          they are not announcing a gopher or Web site, but they are
          *selling* this information!!! What a concept. I am very
          sympathetic to their need to gain money, but I am also very
          struck by the fact that this is the first such announcement
          I've seen on this list in the several months that I have
          been participating.
 
          New trend? Selling access rather than giving it away...It
          seems to me it has to happen sooner or later.
