Nadine,

It is something under the Conseil Général du Rhône. They don't want to call
it "a museum," so it is still named "un équipement consacré aux sciences, aux
techniques et à la société." They likely want to combine something inspired
from the Exploratorium in San Francisco, with the former natural history
collections of the Museum d'histoire naturelle de Lyon, while adding specific
social, educational functions.

You may try to contact the Conseil Général (there also seems to be a Director
of this "équipement"): Hôtel du Département. 29.31 cours de la Liberté. 69483
Lyon cedex 03

Good luck

Claude Ardouin
