YOUR HELP NEEDED...

...to recommend interested and qualified candidates for a rare opportunity
at the Oregon Museum of Science & Industry, (OMSI).

The Oregon Museum of Science & Industry has a current opening for Vice
President of Exhibits - an executive level position that supports OMSI's
continued role as a vital educational resource for Oregon and the Northwest
through world-class exhibits.

The OMSI Museum is composed of six exhibit halls, including seven
interactive laboratories and an Early Childhood Education Center, an
OMNIMAX® Theater, the Murdock Sky Theater Planetarium, the USS Blueback
Submarine, the Science Store, the Café, and a 25,000 square-foot exhibit
shop.  Outside of the museum facilities, OMSI's Outreach Education program
takes OMSI science to 7 Western states.  In addition, OMSI's camp facilities
run some of the most comprehensive outdoor education programs in the nation.
OMSI operates on a $14.5 million dollar annual budget.  

OMSI's Exhibits team has created many interactive science exhibits including
world-popular exhibits such as Star Trek: Federation Science(tm), Super
Heroes: A High-Tech Adventure, Nature's Fury, and Busytown(tm).  Many of
these exhibits have traveled to museums throughout North America and even to
Japan.

The Vice President of Exhibits is responsible for the development,
construction and maintenance of OMSI's public exhibitions. For a complete
