Elaine Gurian has edited an excellent book called Institutional Trauma: Major
Change in Museums and Its Effect on Staff. Elaine wrote the chapter on moving
the museum based on her experience with The Children's Museum of Boston. It's
a terrific book and it's available through the AAM bookstore.
