Hello,

First, the State Library of NY in Albany has the records of the Meneely Bell Foundry. Secondly, I recommend seeking an appraisal from someone at the American Bell Association; they have a website online. Can't remember the URL offhand, but their members buy, sell and collect historic bells all the time and not only would they be able to give you a good estimated value if you email them but also they can give you the name of an appraiser used to valuing bells.

Best of luck,
