We have been offered a Coleman lamp. Because we do not normally
collect arifacts after the beginning of the 20th century we are trying
to date when this lamp was first made. It is white metal and rather
than a glass globe appears to have had a mica film covering(there is a
small piece left). It is labelled "Coleman" but we can detect no other
labelling. Any suggesstion on dating, or research sources appreciated.
