No, that link doesn't work.  You first have to go to http://www.egroups.com, sign up with your email address and a password, then send an email, which is somewhere in the original posting, and then subscribe that way.  Of course, to be able to be added to the group, which is a
members only mailing list, you have to edit your profile on egroups, and have your full name appear in your profile.  Only then will you be added to the list, and only then can you get postings from ARTJOBS.  Hope this helps.
