We are organizing one as well, modeling it after the one at the Walker Art
Center in Minneapolis.  In addition, the program at the Historic Landmarks
Foundation of Indiana has a great docent program, although it isn't art, but
they train well and have it pretty well organized.  Talk to Katy Hair,
[log in to unmask] for more information--their program structure
can be used as a model for urban public art tours.
