I've had the same problem with the Acryloid B-72 and Pigma Pens.  I 
heard or read that Pigma doesn't work well on plastic surfaces - the 
Acryloid is too hard or slick.  What about a film/print marking pen?  
I've switched over to using printed paper numbers.
