L-er's:

I'd like to do an informal survey of what museums have done/are doing
with CD-ROM technology. I'd like to compile a list of CD-ROM resources
produced by museums.

The information I'm soliciting includes:
Museum category (art, history, etc.);
Market audience (educators, tourism, etc.);
Technologies incorporated (video, sound, etc.);
Funding sources for projects (grants, corporate, etc.);
Availability and cost;
Brief description of product.

If this is already out there and I am unaware of it, I'm sure that,
through this group, I will correct my ignorance. If not, I think that
this compilation will be useful to many of us for many reasons. I will
post the results back to the list as well as providing a web address
where the information can be accessed. I'd like to have results by
February 14. Thus, your input is urgently invited.
