I'm looking to see if any organizations have a person in their Education
department who specializes in grant writing and grants management, or
vice versa, an education specialist in their Development department?

If so, would you be willing to share a brief list of their job
requirements?

(In our case, our education managers work with development managers to
put grant proposals and narrative reports together in an iterative
process, and then work with accounting to track spending and provide
financial reports.  It takes quite a bit of time out of program
development and strategy, so we are considering trying to consolidate
grant writing and management to an individual, or how we can at least
monitor and manage this process more efficiently.)
