Dear Stacey,

Greetings from Historic Heritage Square in Phoenix, Arizona. I was
forwarded your posting regarding pressed penny machines. We have an
electric (not hand cranked) machine at our historic park from Eurolink
Design of Grover Beach, California. At the time, we did not not pursue a
hand cranked model due to customer usability and the cost to purchase.
While it does not bring in lots & lots of revenue (due to park size and
walk-through traffic) it has been a wonderful marketing tool and
inexpensive souvenir for our visiting guests and school children. We also
have had requests for pressed pennies from all over the U.S. due to it
being listed on the museum's website and on pressed penny collector sites.
The museum does not own the machine, but shares in the revenue created
from it (the museum receiving 40% of the revenue). It does not cost
anything for its use except electricity & an occasional lightbulb when
needed. We did not pay a die set-up fee, but created our own artwork for
the design. The folks at Eurolink are very nice and helpful. I would
highly recommend them:

If by chance you do use Eurolink, please let them know that we recommended
them to you. They have been so kind to us through the years.

If I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
