I understood that Francois was not asking for Visitor Studies or Audience
Research and Evaluation but museum performance evaluation. Maybe my mistake.
Otherwise I could have mailed
By the way, apparently I was in a much better situation than Harry Needham
seems to be:  I have never met museum professionals who think that they
invented evaluation but many who did not know what evaluation is at all and,
fortunately, even some who gratefully made use of the excellent results
Arthur W. Melton, Chandler Screven, Harris Shettel, Steve Bitgood,
Hans-Joachim Klein et al provided.
