Hi Magi,

The Winter, 1995 issue of Registrars' Quarterly (published by the Registrars Committee - Western Region) contains articles on loan agreements, including one on agreements with living artists. Hope this helps!

Hi all;
Does anyone from an art museum use some sort of
exhibit contract form with an artist? For example,
both parties would agree that a particular body of
work would not be exhibited somewhere else, within a
specific time period and geographic area.
I've looked through The Museum Forms Book and didn't
find anything like this. If you do use such a form and
are willing to share it, please contact me:

Thank you in advance.
