Addendum to Ellen Collins' request for Enola Gay sources:

Ellen,

As luck would have it, the latest Chronicle of Higher Education (May 24,
p. A60) has an article by Michael S. Roth called "The Fracas over Freud"
that deals in part with Enola Gay.  He argues that "eliminating interpretation
in exhibits, in an attempt to present culture neutrally and inoffensively,
is pernicious."  His arguments could bolster yours.
