The federal govt. reimbursement is 31.5 cents.  Many private museums follow
that rate; others pay whatever the local rule of thumb is (26 cents here)
and each state has its own rate (Virginia's was 27.5 cents)

I believe the IRS will require that any reimbursement over 33 cents a mile
must be treated as taxable income.
