Recently, there was a lot of discussion on this list about internships.
Dawn Scher Thomae of the Milwaukee Public Museum and I are developing a
proposal for a session at the 1997 AAM meeting. Our proposed session
will present practical information for establishing or developing
already established internship programs. We are looking for someone else
to participate in drafting the proposal and presenting the session
(should it be selected). We are particularly interested in
representation from a small museum with an established internship
program. Please contact either of us if you are interested in joining us
