Hello!
I am assistant curator of Fuchuu City Museum of Art
(not yet established. It is still plan) in Japan.
I want to know about small city museum in the world.
For example, the all staff is under 5 to 8 or so.
How do they manage their museum?
What kind of trouble do they have?
Curators are doing all the tasks(office work,chore,etc)?
Any information is appreciated.
