Contact the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum's education department.  When I was there, most of our overnights were geared towards organized youth groups, but in the summer we did four family overnights.  At that time, our family overnights were NOT a membership benefit, though being a member lowered the cost of the program.   I don't know if they are still doing the overnight program in this way.
