If anyone there receives this, maybe you can help me.  We are talking about
changing from a suggested donation, noted on a attractive donation box, located
in an appropriate spot near the entrance, to an admission charge.  Someone has
told us that you have been through this process.  Could you send me some
information about the process and how it has worked out?
