Hello,
We have several videos in our small museum that are recordings of local town
elders describing the history of the town and their life in it. We also have
cassette tapes and audio cds of other interviews, most accompanied by a
snapshot of the elder.

Is there an industry wide accepted method for long term preservation of
these materials, allowing access at the same time? They aren't on tapes of
any major high end quality, and I need to present to the board an idea of
storing them that will work best on our small small small budget.
