You might begin by investigating an emerging group in Mobile, AL who has
plans for a similar maritime museum of the Gulf.  Mr. EB Peebles, III is in
charge.  They have had a plan developed for them by Wetzel Assoc.  If you
need more information, you can contact me, or the City of Mobile, -- though
it is being developed with private funding.
