This strain of conversation just goes to show we are all different in our
attitudes -- Thank goodness or we'd have nothing to learn from each other.
I for one, though I'm not sure what this has to do with the quality of my
managing a collection, am irritated by all caps and have no problem with all
lower case even though I choose to use both. I do have a problem with name
calling. Disagreeing, yes, but name calling seems a little unprofessional.
I wonder if we were in the same room having some of these discussions would
we be so cruel? One reason I stayed in this profession is because I found
most people to be very kind and helpful as I was learning my trade.

Also since we're on the subject. I would prefer people not request answers
to queries off-line. I would like at least some of the answers to appear
for my benefit as well. I've learned alot from the questions and answers
posted here.

Enough. Long responses also lose my attention.

Thanks for sharing.
Jerrie
