We are in the process of updating our employee policy
book .  In an effort to match industry best practices,
I was wondering if anyone might like to share thiers. 
In particualr, we are looking at absenteeism and
tardiness, progressive discipine, non monetary awards
(ya' done good, here's some stuff!). Thanks much.
