The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks an Assistant Creative Manager in the Direct Marketing Department.  This person will assist in the management of Direct Mail catalogues and collateral material.  In addition, the Assistant will adhere to production schedules, supervise photography, review color proofs and mark-up color corrections, handle merchandise, copy edit, act as a liaison between agency, product developers and department with regards to design, copy and merchandise, and other related duties as required.

Successful candidates will have two or more years experience in a creative department or catalogue agency.  Proficiency in copy editing, MS Word and Excel and knowledge of the catalogue production process required.  Quark, Photoshop and Powerpoint skills preferred.  Bachelor's degree required.
