How many of institutions, especially here in the US, use the Spectrum Units
of Information? What kind of museum are you? Can you implement Spectrum
fully (i.e., can you use all the units you need) in the collections
management program you use? We are in the process of purchasing a new
museum collections management program, and have been advised to use the
Spectrum Units of Information in order to facilitate exchange of data with
other institutions. Our collections consist of the following types of
artifacts: art (fine and folk), archaeology, ethnography, clothing and
accessories, textiles, books and documents.

Thank you,

Bonni-Dara Michaels
