Oh, come on.  I know these people tend to be in love with the Internet, but -- accusations of adultery??

Any reason why a woman can't be a master?  It's a pretty gender-neutral term already.  I have a Master's degree, not a Mistress's degree.

Well, at least not yet...

If Webmaster won't wash, for some reason, Website Administrator or Website Manager seem to fit the bill, no?
