This is another example of a document that would
readily be handled on
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MuseDocs  There are 100
people there who might also benefit from having the
information.  If you provide the document once, others
can download it as appropriate.

I have seen several examples of documents that could
be exchanged on MuseDocs recently.  I don't like to
clutter the list with reminders too often, but this
one clearly seems like a good example.
