The tail wags the dog. At the Oklahoma state capitol, there is a group of
flagpoles which fly all of the flags which have flown over what is now the
state of Oklahoma, except for the empty one, which once displayed the banner
of the Confederate States of America. This is thanks to a single
representative who objected to the "emblem of slavery".
