Hello -

How about the Smithsonian Institution Education pages at:

I am wondering if anyone can suggest particularly effective websites (or
parts of websites), which you are familiar with, that are hosted by
museums
for their local and regional school systems. These sites would be
particularly rich in terms of their range of relevant information and
resources about the museum's current exhibitions, collections and
programs,
and how to use them; curriculum-related suggestions; school touring ideas
with or without museum guidance; classroom-related and home-based
activities; feedback and even chat rooms facilities for teachers and
students; links to other resources; etc. This sort of website would be
used
in conjunction with visits to the Museum, or as a stand-alone destination.

Any suggestionswould be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Peter Gale
