PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks a Merchandise Production Associate in the Textile Reproductions Department.  The Production Associate is responsible for supporting the department Manager in all administrative aspects of the product development process including managing the day-to-day communication and coordination with other departments and follow-up on development progress with vendors, researching the Met collections for appropriate images for use in merchandise development, and maintaining a database of new product development.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years experience in a similar field.  Strong administrative and computer skills required, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop. Color expertise and interest in fashion preferred.  College degree required.
