Laura,

I recently researched this very topic for my department. To start out, you
may want to check out some of the larger office supply web sites such as
Office Depot and Staples. You can find several models and more importantly
their stats. With this information you can then goto the manufacturer's web
site and find a local vendor. I used this information to help get about a
thousand dollars off our projector. You will want a projector with the
highest lumens (1000 if you can find it). The 3M MP7630AV and the ViewSonic
PJ885 are two that you should be able to buy for under $2500. I hope this
information will help.
