                        INSIGHTS EL PASO SCIENCE MUSEUM

Progressive science museum seeks dynamic leadership to continue growth
and expansion of programs in El Paso,Texas, a culturally diverse
community of over 700,000 people with strong arts and museum programs.
The museum operates in a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility, with a staff of
14-18 and a sound operating budget provided by a private non-profit
organization. Duties include financial development, long range planning,
budget and operations management and program development. Minimum
requirements is a Bachelor’s degree, Masters’ degree desirable, five
years in progressive management position, preferably in the museum
field. Executive Director responds directly to the Board of directors
and is evaluated annually. $50,000 starting salary and is commensurate
with qualifications and experience. Send resume with references before
