April 13, 2000 Assessing the Impact of Community-Based Programs: A
     Project Director's Perspective
     Dale McCreedy, M.S., Franklin Institute, Program Director NSP (National
     Science Partnership for Girl Scouts and Science Museums) and G.A.C.
     (Girls At the Center), will describe the efforts and challenges inherent in
     trying to meaningfully document a program's cultivation of science interest
     in girls, adults, and families.

The Institute's free bi-monthly seminars are held Thursday evenings from 4:30 -
5:30 p.m., and are
followed by a wine and cheese reception.   Seminars are held at a local
Free-choice learning venue:
Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts
