Based on some of our recent gallery signage, I would recommend text panel 
body copy to be 5/8" (measured on the capital X).  Headers should be slightly 
larger to create contrast.

Are you asking how to attach the pictures to the gaterboard, or how to 
attach the gaterboard to the walls?  We usually have large pieces produced 
by a graphics house that has the ability to use gaterboard as a substrate.  I 
would recommend industrial velcro for attaching the panels to the wall - with 
the understanding that when you go to remove the velcro you will need to do 
some patching.
